Over the last few years, I've had the pleasure of creating professional business portraits for the good folks at Knoff Group Real Estate in Bozeman, Montana. Molly Ogle, their new associate, recently joined this talented team of realtors and was in need of some updated headshots and business portraits. We decided to explore the newly restored historic Cannery District with her French bulldog, Pippa in tow to make some fun, professional photos for her new position. The other day I traveled up to Ousel Falls in Big Sky, Montana for the Portrait Photographic Experience of Taylor and Josh. I love a couple that is game to get outside even in early Spring weather.

With all the couples and family portraits I've been making this Spring, I got a break in the action and took the opportunity to spend a week with my family up in Anchorage, Alaska. Their official Anchorage Alaska Family Kids Portrait Photographer was back for more.

During my recent trip to Alaska, I had the pleasure of photographing the Alaska Maternity Portrait Photographic Experience of Jessie and Brendan in Hope, Alaska.

On the final evening before the annual Spring road closure going up to Hyalite Canyon, I had the pleasure of photographing a stargazing portrait photographic experience for Aysha and Brad this past weekend. With clear skies, plenty of s'mores, cups of hot chocolate, a warm campfire and the arms of each other created a perfect mountain atmosphere to showcase their relationship

Even a Bozeman Montana winter snowstorm couldn't dampen the spirits of Ali and Josh during their recent portrait photography experience.

Diane and William celebrated their wedding day at Lone Mountain Ranch in Big Sky, Montana. These two Florida residents had grand plans to head north for a snowy, horse-drawn sleigh inspired outdoor wedding celebration. The February winter weather in Montana did not disappoint.

The other weekend I was hired to photograph the 2019 Summit Resource International Holiday Party Photos at the Fork and Spoon Bozeman Montana.  Summit Resource International is a leading private label supplier of apparel and accessories to retail and distributor markets providing design, merchandising, sourcing, import, and distribution services for its customers based here in Bozeman, Montana. To ensure that all of their employees could attend their employee appreciation event, this crew held their end of the year party after the holidays at the Fork and Spoon Homestyle Kitchen. 

I always take this time to self reflect on the great experiences with my wedding photography clients from the past year and to begin throttling forward towards my new creative goals on the near horizon. I'm ever striving to be the best version of myself (mind, body, and spirit) and finding ways to better serve my clients and community. 2018 was a positive year for me with lots of growth, new places explored, new challenges overcome, new faces met and many good times were had. I feel blessed for all the new relationships I made throughout the year and for being able to tell candid, creative stories through photographs!
